## 2. What LandFlight is

LandFlight is a private transfer service in New Zealand. A customer books a
vehicle and driver to take their party from one address to another address,
on a set date and time, for a price fixed and paid before travel. The vehicle
is private to that party: no other passengers are carried, and there is no
shared or scheduled service. Groups of one to ten passengers are carried.
The service is sold nationwide.

## 5. How prices work

- A price is quoted for the vehicle, not per seat. The per-person figure
  shown on the site is the vehicle price divided by the number of passengers.
- The price is fixed at the time of booking. It does not change with traffic,
  time of day or demand.
- Prices include GST.
- Prices are shown online before booking. There is no quote-by-email step for
  standard transfers.
- Long transfers may require the driver to stay overnight, because a driver's
  working day is limited by law. Where that applies, it is included in the
